Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting access to your account, and activity performed through it. You must use NihongoLoop in compliance with applicable law and any age or parental-consent requirements that apply where you live.

Learning service

NihongoLoop provides practice tools and automated feedback for educational purposes. It does not guarantee fluency, exam results, or that every translation, transcription, pronunciation result, or generated response will be error-free.

Voice features and user content

When you choose to submit a voice attempt or answer, you authorize NihongoLoop and its service providers to process the recording and resulting transcript to operate the requested feature. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• NihongoLoop Premium may be offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription.
• The price and billing period shown by the applicable app store before purchase control your transaction.
• Payment is charged to your app-store account after you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the applicable app-store subscription settings before renewal.
• Deleting the app or your NihongoLoop account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
• Refunds, taxes, billing disputes, and store-specific purchase terms are handled under the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.

For purchases made through Apple, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms for an Apple transaction, the applicable Apple terms control.

Free service and advertising

Free access may include advertisements and usage limits. Rewarded features are granted only after the app confirms an eligible completed ad. We may change free limits, premium features, or available practice modes when reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• probe, attack, overload, or bypass security, quotas, subscription checks, or access controls
• use automated means to scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the service or learning catalog
• reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it
• impersonate another person, misuse another account, or interfere with another user

Ownership

NihongoLoop and its original software, branding, interface, and learning content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal learning; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its content.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep NihongoLoop available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or a material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account from the app or follow our account-deletion instructions.
